Each crate includes a hand-written, custom-designed note sealed with a Thistle Wax Seal.  You simply provide us with your message at checkout and we take care of the rest. If you would prefer a blank note card please specify this at checkout. A custom wax seal is provided in both options. 

Our custom Thistle embossed note cards are included free of charge with your order.

We know that choosing the right gift for someone can be challenging, at Celtic Crates we strive to create unique crates that will delight so many different personalities. We personally know and work closely with our very talented Artisans who create many of the featured pieces in our crates. What makes us unique is that many of the pieces in our crates has been lovingly handmade bringing you truly unique one of a kind pieces. 

At the moment we only offer curated ready to ship crates,we do offer engraving services if you would like to add a personalized engraved message to the lid of your crate or on the inside of the crate please contact us at info@celticcrates.com with your request and we will work with you to make it happen!

For orders of 10 or more crates we kindly ask that you contact us at info@celticcrates.com for a custom shipping quote.

Due to the creative work behind our crates and the time that goes into hand designing each piece we do not offer returns. We package our crates safely within a shipping USPS box to ensure that they arrive as perfect as we sent them. If there has been damage to your item (s) in shipment please notify us immediately at info@celticcrates.com and we will rectify the issue for you promptly.

Celtic Crate gifts typically take 1-3 business days to ship your crate. Orders placed before 4pm EST time will ship the following day.

I am sorry but we do not offer international shipping at this time. We offer free shipping within the United States only.

Each Crate is beautifully presented in a high qualify wooden crate, packaged with Wood Excelsior, the top of the crate is luxuriously decorated with a silk velvet ribbon, an embossed Thistle note card, fresh dried Thistle, dried Lavender, and a little sprig of lavender place underneath the Wax Seal for that added touch of luxury!

When your crate ships we carefully package our crates in a Medium Sized USPS shipping box.

We never include receipts or packing slips inside any of our crates.. Knowing that they are almost always a gift!

Yes, shipping is free, it’s on us! We want to make sure the price you see is the price you pay (except for sales tax for those living in the state of Florida) We ship anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time we do not ship internationally. 

All crates are shipped from Florida USA via USPS priority mail flat rate services which have an estimated time frame of 1-3 business days once shipped to deliver. So please allow up to one week total for your order to arrive from order to delivery.
